Work in charge

本ポジションは特定の事業部に限定せず、オープンポジションとしてカスタマーサクセス/営業アシスタント業務を担っていただく募集です。
選考過程や入社後の研修を通じて、ご本人の適性を踏まえたうえで配属先を決定します。

■業務内容
・インバウンド(問い合わせ)の対応
・お客様への活用支援や提案
・請求書の作成、発送
・各種資料、マニュアルの作成

Application Requirements

■最終学歴
大学院、大学卒以上

■ Required conditions
・コミュニケーションを取りながらチームで仕事を進めることに抵抗がない方
・Excel、Word、PowerPointの基本的な操作ができる方(資料作成、表作成など)
※資料作成や業務の進め方については、周囲に相談しながら進められる体制を整えています。

■Welcome conditions
・カスタマーサクセスやインサイドセールスの経験がある方(経験年数不問)
